Back in Switzerland after 10 exciting days in Norway and Sweden, touring with the Swiss Gospel Choir. We didn’t catch much sleep, sang some 7-8 hours a day, had 9 performances in 10 days and we sure had a blast!

Sometimes, miracles do happen. For many years, I had the wish to record my own album, but it never happened. In the summer of 2003, exactly seven years ago, several dreams came true when – out of the blue and by God’s grace alone – I had the opportunity to record 13 songs with an all-star band featuring some of the world's finest players (no name-dropping, for once :)).

Yesterday, playing at "Christ Day" in front of about 25’000 people at Stade de Suisse, the National Stadium in Berne, Switzerland. Sure enough, it was quite an experience...
I’m really excited about the new single "Never Changing"! This week I was blessed to shoot the music with two legendary filmmakers, Jimmy Abegg and Ben Pearson. We had so much fun shooting the video that I can say these were some of my most exciting days in quite a while (and my life IS exciting as it is...).
Wow what a blast we had last night! We played as a 11-piece band at The Bitter End in NYC again. It was our 4th gig at this legendary New York venue, and it seems to get better every time! As before, we were joined by the fabulous Chops Horns (Alica Keys, John Legend...), who - yet again - raised the roof!
Last night, with the fabulous Canadian band Newworldson after their amazing gig at CMS@The Chapel in Buffalo NY. Man, these guys raised the roof with their Soul, Funk and Roots sound! But the secret hero, of course, was - yet again - the Red Suitcase...
It was my late mother’s birthday last week, and today is Mother’s Day here in the US. My mum Jela passed away 3 years ago after a long and horrible illness, this first week in May is a good reason for me to take time out, reflect and be thankful for my mother.
